🔹 Role: Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – Manufacturing Engineering
🔹 Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
🔹 Experience: 4–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 NPD – Lead process planning, industrialization & manufacturability for
new gear and transmission components
🔹 PPAP/APQP – Prepare PPAP documents, conduct Cp/Cpk & MSA, and
manage customer submissions
🔹 Design Feasibility – Review drawings/tolerances and provide DFM/A
inputs
🔹 Process Planning – Develop process flows, PFMEA, control plans &
operation sheets
🔹 Gear Machining – Experience in Hobbing, Shaping, Shaving, Turning,
Grinding & metrology
🔹 Cross-Functional Support – Coordinate with Design, Quality, Production
& Suppliers
🔹 Continuous Improvement – Drive Kaizen, 5S, cost reduction & cycle-time
improvements

Skills & Must-Haves:
✔️ Strong exposure to gear machining processes & gear metrology (CMM,
Gear Tester, Runout Analysis)
✔️ Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools – PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP,
MSA, PPAP
✔️ Ability to create process layouts, tooling plans & fixture concepts
✔️ Machine Expertise (added advantage): Gleason Hobbing (Genesis 130H,
GP300, P400, P600, PE800), Premier PE250, Broaching (Protel 6T/10T,
Cranebel 25T), Internal Grinding (Morara, Voumard, PMT), Turning
(Mazak SQT250, QTN350), Machining Centers (Mazak 4000, 5800,
HCN6000)
