Job Description:
-           Lead planning, execution, and closure of projects involving Azure-based applications, data platforms, and ML use cases, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
-           Define and manage project plans, milestones, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) logs, and status reporting for technical and business stakeholders.
-           Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, data engineers, ML engineers/data scientists, QA, and operations to deliver solutions into production.
-           Drive adherence to SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare) using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
-           Manage project budgets, resource plans, vendor engagements, and procurement related to Azure services and ML tooling.
-           Ensure projects comply with security, data privacy, responsible Al, and cloud governance standards, including change management and audit requirements.
-           Facilitate workshops for requirements, backlog refinement, estimation, release planning, and post-implementation reviews/retrospectives.
-           Track and report KPis such as delivery timelines, budget variance, defect rates, model performance SLAs, and platform reliability metrics.
-           Support business stakeholders in defining use cases, success eritans, and adoption plans for Azure and ML solutions, including training and change management

Qualifications
-           Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; a master's degree or MBA is a plus.
-           6-10 years of total experience in IT/software projects, with 3-5+ years in Project Management or Technical Project Management roles.
-           Demonstrated experience leading projects involving Azure cloud services and data platforms (e.g., ADF, Synapse/Databricks, Azure SQL, storage, networking, security).
-           Hands-on exposure to machine learning projects (e.g., supervising data/ML teams, model deployment, or MLOps workflows; not necessarily as an individual contributor).
-           Strong grasp of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release management.
-           Proven ability to manage stakeholders, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and drive decision-making in matrixed environments
