Location: HSR 6th Sector Bangalore (F2F Interview)

Shift: US Night Shifts ( 6:30 PM to 4 AM ) | 5 days WFO

Key Highlights:
• Handle & resolve customer queries professionally.
• Support customer retention and post-sales engagement.
• Coordinate customer tasks and ensure timely project execution & delivery.
• Document & escalate concerns for quick resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales and Market Research Team).
• Maintain accurate customer records and feedback.
• Work with US customers during night shifts.
• Excellent spoken & written English with a Strong customer-first mindset.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic CRM / MS Office knowledge (training provided). Work with a collaborative and customer-centric team.

Please note that we are not conducting virtual interviews. 2 Rounds of the interview process - Face-to-Face interview, and both rounds will be completed at the same time/day.
