Hiring | *Production Manager*

A leading Food and Biscuits manufacturing industry is seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to join our team.

Requirements:
Bs/Ms in Food Sciences & Technology or Chemical engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Production Manager in Food Baking industry.
Proven experience in Biscuits Baking industry is preferred.
Maximum age 50 years
Strong leadership and Production planning skills

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily Production operations and manufacturing lines.
Develop and implement Production plans aligned with demand and capacity
Ensure compliance with Food safety, Quality, and operational standards
Improve Production efficiency and reduce waste.
Good communication & negotiation skills to manage labour contractors.
Lead, train and evaluate Production teams
Coordinate with Quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth Operation.
