JTS GROUP has been in Process Engineering Design, Architecture Design, MEP, EPC, Project Co-ordination (PMC),Machine Installation and Commissioning, Utility Engineering products and solutions to customers.

We are hiring MEP Project Engineer-ELECTRICAL

Required qualification is Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering

Required experience is from 5 yrs to 10 yrs.

Job Description-

Candidate must be background in Industrial / Commercial – Leading projects like Green filed, brownfield, MEP.

1- Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member.

2-Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.

3- Mange 5-6 work activity at a time on running project.

4- Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow

5- Offer emotional support to project team members and make people feel valued

6- Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress

7- Implement incentives to keep the team motivated and focused on their daily tasks project goals

8- Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps

9- Nurture collaboration amongst team members

10- Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team.

11- Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts

12- Write project reports as necessary

13- Reward team members for their continued efforts and celebrate accomplishments
