We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. If you have strong site surveying expertise and are ready to contribute to ongoing projects, we’d like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys and setting-out activities
Verify levels, alignments, and coordinates as per drawings
Prepare survey reports, calculations, and as-built data
Operate and maintain surveying instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS)
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in contracting/construction
UAE experience preferred (RAK experience is a plus)
Proficiency with surveying instruments and relevant software
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work independently on site and meet timelines
