Urgent Hiring: Project Manager (Marine Civil Works, Oil & Gas Project)

- 15+ years in marine construction/EPC projects, preferably oil & gas port facilities.
- Proven experience with Qatar regulatory bodies and RLIC interface.
- Manage construction of mooring/berthing dolphin reinforcements, tie-back systems, and marine fenders.
- Oversee bathymetric surveys, seabed dredging, and marine logistics.
- Serve as primary interface with Qatar Energy, RLIC, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, marine vessels, and engineering teams.
- Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor/vendor performance and manage project documentation.

Should have transferable QID + NOC required
