Civil Inspector Engineer – KSA

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Civil Inspector to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Preference will be given to candidates currently working in KSA, particularly from India, Pakistan, and Egypt, with strong consultancy and civil supervision experience on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:
• Inspect and monitor all civil works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Ensure construction activities comply with KSA codes, local regulations, and international standards
• Conduct regular site inspections for civil and infrastructure works, including concrete, earthworks, roads, utilities, and finishing works
• Verify materials, workmanship, and construction methods in accordance with approved submittals and method statements
• Review and witness civil works tests, inspections, and quality control procedures
• Prepare and follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective actions
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve site quality and technical issues
• Monitor construction progress and report deviations from approved schedules or specifications
• Ensure proper implementation of HSE requirements during civil works execution
• Support Resident Engineers and supervision teams in achieving project quality, safety, and performance targets

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any equivalent
• Consulting experience is mandatory
• Minimum 10 years of total experience in civil engineering and construction supervision
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Proven experience in consultancy and supervision of large-scale civil and infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of KSA civil engineering codes, local regulations, and international standards
• Solid experience in project documentation, reporting, and civil supervision procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
