Job Description
Mechanical Design Engineer with strong experience in New Product Development (NPD) using CREO. The role involves designing sheet metal and plastic components, creating detailed drawings with GD&T, and developing jigs & fixtures for manufacturing. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
•
End-to-end mechanical design & development using CREO.
•
3D modelling, 2D drafting, GD&T, tolerance analysis.
•
Sheet metal design (DFM/DFA).
•
Jig & fixture design for manufacturing and assembly.
•
Support prototyping, testing, validation & design improvements.
•
Work with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers for NPD execution.
•
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Skills & Requirements:-

Good knowledge of GD&T, sheet metal, plastics, and tooling.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
