Goodluck India Limited is looking to hire a PPC Head for our Heavy Steel Structure Fabrication division (Bridges, Railways, Power Projects).

This is a core execution role, not a reporting/MIS profile. The ideal candidate must have strong shopfloor planning experience in heavy fabrication and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• 12–18 years of experience in heavy fabrication / EPC environment
• Strong expertise in production planning, RM planning, WIP control & dispatch planning
• Hands-on experience in plan vs actual tracking at plant level
• Proven ability to manage shopfloor bottlenecks (cutting, welding, blasting, painting)
• Exposure to ERP/MES systems preferred
• Strong coordination across production, procurement & project teams

Strictly Avoid:
• Pure reporting / MIS profiles
• Candidates without real shopfloor execution experience
