Hiring is going on for an experienced RCM Application Specialist (IT) to join our team at Yas Clinic – Khalifa City.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Inter Systems TrakCare EMR, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows. UAE healthcare experience will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned TrakCare modules, primarily PAS, Billing, and Claim Submission and support end-to-end RCM applications and related workflows across Yas Clinic facilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with application vendors for day-to-day issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Conduct end-user training sessions, workshops, and workflow optimization activities.
• Manage application master data in accordance with organizational standards.
• Support and maintain integrations such as Shafafiya, Okadoc, ERP Billing, and other related systems.
• Develop and manage reports and respond to data requests from business users.
• Maintain issue logs and provide periodic status updates to line management and business stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with InterSystems TrakCare EMR.
• Strong understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes, including registration, billing, insurance claims, and revenue workflows.
• Experience working within UAE healthcare environments and familiarity with Shafafiya claim processes is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
