Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise daily production operations and achieve production targets.
✅ Ensure compliance with recipes, SOPs, GMP, HACCP, ISO, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
✅ Coordinate with Warehouse and Supply Chain for timely availability of raw materials.
✅ Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and ensure timely handover of finished goods.
✅ Verify raw materials, maintain production records, and prepare daily production reports.
✅ Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
✅ Train and guide production staff on SOPs, food safety, and best production practices.

Requirements:
✔️ Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Production, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in the meat processing industry or a similar food manufacturing environment.
✔️ Experience supervising production lines in a high-volume manufacturing setup.
✔️ Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and production planning.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
