hiring a New Product Development (NPD) Chef with expertise in retort-based product development in the Ready-to-Cook (RTC) and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) categories.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for culinary innovation and strong costing skills. Hands-on experience in multi-cuisine will be an added advantage. The product development will cater to both the retail and Horeca segments.

This position is based in Sonepat, Haryana, and offers great growth and learning opportunities. The salary budget is Rs 18-20 lakhs per annum, plus incentives. This is a full-time role within an organization that operates in the retort business both in India and internationally.

We prefer immediate joiners, but this is not a strict requirement.
