Job Summary :

This position is meant for fresh engineering graduates who will be trained on the job in the Production or Design department at the HPDC plant. The GET will support daily plant activities and learn manufacturing, planning and design processes under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

GET Production :

Assist in daily production activities to meet output and quality targets in machine shop
Support machine operations, setup, and basic troubleshooting under supervision
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines
Maintain basic production records and help in continuous improvement activities
Learn production processes and plant operations

GET Design & Testing :

Assist in design preparation, including 2D drawings, 3D models, and basic design calculations
Support component and functional testing as per test plans and standards
Help in data collection, test result analysis, and report preparation
Follow R&D processes, safety guidelines, and documentation requirements
Hands on in Design NX will be an added advantage

Eligibility (Freshers Only) :

Qualification: BE / B.Tec in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Mechatronics

Experience : Freshers (0 to 1 year)

Willingness to work in a shop-floor and shift environment

Skills Required :

Basic engineering knowledge
Willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred)
Training & Growth

Exposure to automotive manufacturing and quality systems
