Hiring | Lead Technical Authority 2 (TA2) – Civil & Structural

Kent PLC is looking for a highly experienced Lead Technical Authority 2 (TA2) – Civil & Structural to join our project team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned professional who can provide technical authority, engineering assurance, and execution leadership across complex EPC/EPCM projects, from FEED through construction and handover.

🔧 Key Highlights

Act as the Technical Authority for Civil & Structural engineering
Lead and mentor discipline engineers across multi‑disciplinary projects
Ensure safe, compliant, and on‑time delivery of engineering scope
Interface closely with clients, contractors, and construction teams
Drive value engineering, constructability, and technical excellence

What We’re Looking For

·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
·       14+ years of experience within EPC/EPCM environments
·       Strong background in construction‑driven project delivery
·       Proven leadership and decision‑making capability
·       Chartered Engineer or equivalent (preferred)

Location: Dubai, UAE
