Key Role :
The EHS Engineer – Substation will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies across substation construction and commissioning projects (AIS/GIS). The role focuses on ensuring compliance, minimizing risks, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities-

Implement and monitor EHS plans for substation projects (AIS/GIS).
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, OSHA standards, and client requirements.
Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments (JSA / HIRA).
Lead safety inductions and toolbox talk for site personnel.
Organize EHS training for workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
