Hiring: Head of Project Engineering

Location: Doha, Qatar

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering. Master's without a degree will not be considered for now.

About the Role
The Head of Project Engineering will oversee engineering design and execution by EPC/FEED contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget compliance. You’ll lead multi-discipline coordination, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and champion safety culture across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities to meet milestones.
✔ Monitor execution plans using KPIs and enable early intervention.
✔ Apply risk management techniques and communicate technical issues to management.
✔ Drive safety culture initiatives and lead change management processes.
✔ Evaluate contractor performance and participate in site visits and equipment testing.
✔ Provide leadership to resolve multi-discipline issues and align stakeholders.

Qualifications (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas engineering management.
Preferably experience on large-scale LNG projects and supervisory roles.
Strong communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
