Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
5+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure experience in enterprise environments
Technical Skills
Build, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters in enterprise environments
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployments
Kubernetes & OpenShift: Strong experience with Kubernetes; Red Hat OpenShift experience preferred (banking experience is a plus)
Hybrid Cloud: Proven ability to architect and implement hybrid cloud solutions using Azure and/or AWS
Observability & Metrics: Experience implementing observability solutions with a focus on business KPIs, not just infrastructure metrics
DevOps & CI/CD: Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for regulated banking applications, adhering to strict security, compliance, and governance standards
Automation: Strong hands-on experience with Ansible
Must have Certified Red hat or Cloud Certification.
