CONTRACTS MANAGER – MINING (EPC / EPCM)

We are recruiting a Contracts Manager to represent the Owner’s Team on large-scale mining EPC/EPCM projects.
Non-negotiable requirements:
✔ Mining project experience (not oil & gas / not operations-only)
✔ 10–15 years EPC/EPCM engineering & design experience
✔ 7+ years in a Lead Contracts Manager role
✔ Owner’s-side contract management exposure
Preferred mining exposure:
Zinc, Copper, Gold
Advantage: Crushers, materials handling, underground mining, infrastructure
Second preference: Nickel, Cobalt, PGMs
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred), Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial discipline.
Strong experience with FIDIC / PPP contract frameworks.
Languages:
Fluent Russian & English (Kazakh advantageous)
