We are looking for a highly experienced Active Directory & Azure Entra ID professional to lead run operations, handle escalations, and support complex AD/Azure AD environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead Active Directory run operations and escalated issue management
• Provide L2/L3 support for Active Directory & Azure Active Directory tickets
• Manage multi-domain Active Directory forests (Windows 2016/2019)
• Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policies (GPOs)
• Handle AD-integrated DNS management and troubleshooting
• Manage AD & Azure AD Service Principal Names (SPN)
• Azure AD Connect Sync troubleshooting and monitoring
• Azure AD Dynamic Group management
• Analyze AD security events and manage DC backups & monitoring
• Incident, Change & Problem Management via ServiceNow
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports

🔹 Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years hands-on experience with Active Directory administration & support
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Strong experience with multi-domain AD forests
• Expertise in Group Policy, DNS, SPN, and AD security events
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 & 2019
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting & communication skills
