We are looking forward to hire for the following position in Madurai for Eurogrip Tyres.

Production Shift Supervisors with 6 to 8 years experience.

1. Prefer people who know atleast 2 process in the below:
Mixing, Curing, Extruding, Calendaring and Tyre Building.
2. Tyre Industry experience is Mandatory either in Current Employment or in Previous Employment.
3. Should be able to handle around 80 to 100 men per shift.
4. Should have good exposure in any of the Manufacturing Excellence process like Lean, TPM, TQM or Sig Sigma
5. Should have basic exposure to QMS, IATF systems.
6. Ensure to achieve the production target with focus on quality, Safety.
