We are hiring skilled technical manpower for our Residential Towers & Commercial Floors projects.

1. Electrician – 04 Nos.

Experience:
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in residential towers and commercial floors
• Knowledge of HT/LT panels and circuit breaker handling is mandatory

Qualification:
• Diploma in Electrical OR
• ITI Electrical + PWD License Holder

Salary:
• ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 (In-hand) + other benefits

2. Fire Technician – 03 Nos.

Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in commercial floors and towers

Qualification:
• Diploma in Fire Safety OR
• SFTC Certified

Salary:
• ₹21,000 (In-hand) + Mediclaim

3. Carpenter – 01 No.

Experience:
• Experience in commercial floors required

Salary:
• ₹22,000 (In-hand) including leave & bonus + Mediclaim
