Hiring -    Position: Quantity Surveyor (Landscaping)
Industry - Landscaping  --  Location - Dubai
Salary - 7000 AED
Key Responsibilities:

•Manage quantity take-offs, cost estimates, payment certifications, and cost forecasts from tender stage to project completion
•Perform quantity take-offs as per approved method of measurement from drawings for subcontractor evaluation, client payment applications, and material procurement
•Prepare and submit monthly payment applications to clients
•Prepare, price, and submit variation orders for client approval
•Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with drawings and project specifications
•Develop new rates for non-tender and additional scope items
•Prepare subcontractor packages for specialized scopes of work
•Float enquiries to suppliers and manufacturers and carry out technical and commercial evaluations
•Prepare payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts based on completed work
•Forecast project costs to monitor and control expenditures within approved budgets
•Prepare cash flow forecasts covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Requirements & Qualifications:

•Proven experience in a landscaping company or a similar construction-related role
•Strong experience in quantity take-offs (mandatory)
•Familiarity with project management principles
•Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
•Strong typing, editing, and data organization skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
