Hiring – Sales Manager (Indonesia Representative)

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and execute B2B sales activities for pen and stationery products across Indonesia.
2. Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and business partners.
3. Act as the company’s official representative in Indonesia, driving market presence and brand growth.
4. Manage the sales pipeline independently and consistently achieve national sales targets.
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Stationery, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industries.
3. Strong nationwide sales network in Indonesia, with a mandatory focus on Jabodetabek.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken), self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
