Hiring for highly experienced and proactive Senior HSE Engineer to join our Project Team!
You will play a key role in ensuring the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across all project sites, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Your Responsibilities:
* Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations across project sites.
* Ensure compliance with Egyptian HSE laws, regulations, and international standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and follow up on corrective actions.
* Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
* Lead accident/incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis.
* Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training programs for site staff and subcontractors.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.
* Monitor HSE performance, KPIs, and prepare periodic reports for management.
* Ensure proper implementation of environmental controls and waste management plans.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
* 5–8 years of experience as an HSE Engineer within construction or real estate projects.
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
* Experience in implementing HSE management systems and site safety programs.
* NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification is preferred.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
