Senior Project Manager – Job Vacancy

Consultancy Group (CG) is a leading Saudi-based company specializing in engineering consultancy and integrated design services. The company delivers large-scale engineering and design solutions across the Kingdom, serving both public and private sector clients.

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while achieving client satisfaction and aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full oversight of the project life cycle from initiation to final handover.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project resources and daily activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Develop, review, and regularly update project schedules.
• Manage project budgets and control costs through to completion.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with technical teams, consultants, contractors, and all stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in managing engineering or consultancy projects.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced knowledge of project management

• Strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients, contractors, and government entities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects within budget and schedule constraints.
