Position : SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – VILLAS & VILLA RENOVATION
Location : DUBAI
Salary : AED 12,000 – AED 16,000 + ANNUAL BENEFITS

Our Client, an European Interior Contracting Group specialized in turnkey solution of High-End Luxury Villas & Villa Renovation Projects is looking to hire a talented Sr. Quantity Surveyor for their team.

SKILLSETS :
1. Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is mandatory
2. Min 5yrs of UAE experience in Luxury Villa Civil Renovation, Architectural, Interior Fit-out Pricing, Take Offs, BOQ & Estimation essential
3. Hands on experience in Luxury Villa or Villa Renovation projects is a must
4. Expertise in AUTOCAD mandatory
5. Candidates should be currently based in UAE
