Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support large-scale production environments
Develop automation & reliability solutions using Java
Improve system performance, scalability & availability
Create monitoring, alerting & observability solutions
Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis
Build CI/CD & deployment automation pipelines
Work closely with development teams to ensure DevOps best practices

Required Technical Skills:
✔ Strong Java programming background
✔ Hands-on SRE experience in large distributed systems
✔ Expertise in CI/CD, automation tools, containerization (Docker/K8s)
✔ Strong Linux/Unix knowledge
✔ Cloud exposure – AWS/Azure/GCP
✔ Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk)
✔ Good understanding of networking & security

Good to Have:
Python/Go scripting
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible)
Microservices architecture
Incident management & on-call experience
