PTR Global is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to support high-volume contract hiring for large enterprise technology programs within the financial services domain.

Role Highlights

Full life cycle US IT contract recruiting (W2)
High-volume sourcing for multiple IT skill sets
Candidate screening, interview prep & submissions
Build and maintain strong consultant pipelines
Daily collaboration with Account & Delivery teams
Target of 8–10 qualified submissions per week
Use of Bullhorn ATS, VMS tools (Fieldglass/Beeline), and AI engagement platforms.

✅ Ideal Profile

Agency experience in US IT staffing
Strong understanding of W2 contracts
Recent exposure to large enterprise / financial services IT accounts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Bachelor’s degree | Strong remote work setup
